CIMC Aluminium Alloy cement bulker trailer frame adopts a hump design, which has a stronger carrying capacity and a higher safety factor. The tank section is treated with technology, the fluidization angle is effectively fine-tuned, the in and out airflow is more smooth and coordinated, and the discharge performance is better. The whole vehicle is equipped with an intelligent control system, high-performance ABS brake, wheel preheating alarm, and reversing image function.
The bulk cement tanker trailer tank body and internal structure will be used for a long time without corrosion and thickness reduction. The tank body thickness is more than twice the thickness of carbon steel. The safety factor is higher, and the TIG welding process has better compression resistance.
Feature of dry bulk tanker
The dry bulk tanker frame adopts an L-beam design, 6061-T6 high-performance extruded profile, and its strength is twice that of a carbon steel frame. The top is equipped with aluminum alloy six-claw quick-opening manhole cover, with safety buckle, wear-resistant block, more efficient. Equipped with two independent toolboxes and rear hidden toolboxes to meet different needs of customers.
The whole cement bulker trailer and most of its parts are made of aluminum alloy, which has a smooth and beautiful appearance, ensuring strength and greatly reducing its own weight.
